@nutkins Hello love, my NASH hasn't turned into cirrhosis yet, but I'm being cautious so that it doesn't do so. Stay strong! I'm not aware of foods to avoid, but I think they recommend eating well balanced meals and then eating frequently to keep your energy up. I think the British Liver Trust has some good information, so you may want to look at their site for more details, sorry I don't know a lot! xx

@Caza You are entitled to an explanation and a second opinion if you want it. Did you GP explain why he/she wasn't concerned? NASH often doesn't have symptoms until it's too late, the sooner you can catch it the better! That's funny about the fruit. I've never had that happen. Eating "well" is so hard. I did intermittant fasting for a bit but it was hard to keep up especially now being in isolation. And it was hard not being able to eat with my wife. I do have a hard time turning down a stop at a good chippy!
