I have had one laparoscopy for my endometriosis. I have stage 4 and also adenomyosis, plus a fibroid. After having surgery, I decided that I wanted to try to alter my diet to help with my symptoms. I think the biggest game changer for me has been adding in kefir every day, plus taking a probiotic too. I try to cut down the sugar and carbs as much as possible. Serrapeptase can be taken to help break down endometriosis growths. I try to eat as many vegetables as possible. I struggle with fruit because of its acidity. I also have interstitial cystitis. Grounding and body brushing are meant to be good too. It’s also worth looking at what chemicals are in your beauty products as these are all absorbed by our skin.
