I used to suffer with IBS but since drinking aloe vera gel drink daily I dont have those problems... cramps, spasms and bloating are a thing of the past and the aloe has also allowed me to eat a varied diet where I dont have to worry so much about what I eat though I do recommend drinking lots of water and cutting out processed foods, sugar and salts.. if you want to know please do message me..

Does anyone have any suggestions for fruit that might not trigger IBS pain? Or any advice really for trying to eat healthily without triggering IBS.
I'm finding it incredibly difficult to have a healthy diet that's affordable and doesn't mean I'm constantly having IBS symptoms.
Thanks!
