@Courtney_J Hi, I've just joined the group today. I started having acid reflux when I was pregnant with my last child. It was a complicated pregnancy for many reasons, so I put more weight than I should and I was never really able to get it off. The reflux never went away and I was finally diagnosed when my last was 3 (many moons ago now). I since have developed diabetes, so I'm a bit of a mess. I quit smoking at my doctor's recommendation and I've been trying to improve my diet to help with it. My doctor has me on lansoprazole, but it's not been particularly helpful.
