I have breast cancer, lung and rib cancers. All started with a leg cancer due to sunbathing years back. I went to the doctor re the lump on my leg and the rest of diagnosis followed. It is over two years now since diagnosis of the spread.

In 2018 I had a chest infection my GP sent me for a chest x-ray on the x-ray it showed that I had abnormalities on my left and right breast I was sent to the breast clinic for a mammogram on both breasts where they found 2 lumps in my right breast and one on my left breast side I had a biopsy on my left breast which was positive, my right breast they could drain but I was given the choice of a lumpectomy, or a mastectomy, I said which one would be the best my specialist said the mastectomy so that is what I had I was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma I had a mastectomy and 6 weeks of the chest wall radiotherapy, also I was on AI bone protection and hormone letrazol after my treatment for 5yrs then taken after and in remission for a further 5yrs but I am clear now but I am left with Copd and emphysema, plus I have lymphodema in my right arm and hand and I also have a low blood flow to my heart which I have angina, and liver disease, and border line diabetic, and hypertension, but recently I had a scare I found another lump, I showed my nurse when I went for a blood test, she then called in the Dr to have a look and she referred me back to the breast clinic, where I had a mammogram and ultra sound, it was found that it was post operative scaring and my right breast had shown some benign nodurality but luckily it wasn't anything but I was really scared which made my ptsd low moods depression and anxiety go rocketing but now I have loads of medication and inhalers but at least I can stop worrying. @Tigger.co.uk Hi Tigger,
Thank you so much for sharing. You’ve been through so much, I’m relieved that it turned out to be benign, must have been a huge weight off your shoulders. I hope you’re giving yourself credit that you’re handling so many conditios and taking time to rest and recover. How are you feeling now that things have settled down a bit?
