Before isolation I was converting to being a vegetarian but still eating fish. I was feeling a lot better but sadly with isolation have gone back to many bad habits.

Thank you for your interest. A year or so ago I looked into whole food plant based diet and realised it would be beneficial for a few of my conditions, including asthma, fibromyalgia, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. I don't always manage to do it well and quite often become a 'dirty vegan' eating all the delicious vegan goodies that are out there at the moment but I've still seen positive results with all my conditions regardless of how good I'm being. I've especially found going dairy free has helped as well as meat free x

@Debsdc Thank you for sharing! I've been transitioning to vegetarian and I've already seen significant benefits, I may try going plant-based too. It's rather trendy and good for the planet so these days you see so many products around and some of the pastries look delicious. I may just give it a try!

There’s evidence that people who eat diets higher in vitamins C and E, beta-carotene, flavonoids, magnesium, selenium, and omega-3 fatty acids have lower rates of asthma. Many of these substances are antioxidants, which protect cells from damage.
Are you following any specific diet? Are there any products that you avoid eating and why? What is your favourite healthy food? :)
We are waiting for your tips!
