Do you have the winter blues?

Winter is always depressing, roll on summer back out to my caravan.

I am already on Vitamin D due to cancer treatment!

I'm on Vitamin D but don't feel much of a difference....possibly would if I stopped it

The rain and the damp and this fog we've been having recently really make my pains worse. As someone said althought the cold does as well its better that damp and you can wrap up

I am not keen on winter at all - just about everything seems more of a struggle somehow. If I didn't have a dog I would find it hard to go out at all I think, mind you that is probably because I feel the cold so much!

I am definitely having a spell of winter blues & felt it more this morning when I didn't feel like getting up in the dark with the rain beating on the windows.  My doctor called me this morning to give me some more results from bloods that was taken last week.  He said he's prescribing me Vitamin D & I asked him if he could send me a prescription for some winter sunshine instead.  He laughed & said he would love to prescribe the winter in the Caribbean for me but didn't think the NHS would go for it.  Not looking forward to the rest of the winter now.

I feel low in the Winter months. Its very cold and chilly.
