Launched by Harper Spero in 2018, Made Visible is a podcast “that gives a voice to people with invisible illnesses” and seeks to help patients, caregivers, and loved ones experiencing chronic illnesses feel seen and heard. With each new season, Spero interviews an individual each week about their journey with an invisible illness, how they cope, and what they’ve been able to achieve along the way.
Recent episodes discuss postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), breast cancer, bipolar disorder, and Lyme disease.
