I have been trying out different types of things just have small drink of hot chocolate not to strong no sugar sweetner and then as I have said a sip of cold water just to make the mouth clear. When I wake just sip cold water put it near you so you don't have to look for it and then straight back to sleep.
This seems to be working for me even though it is dark close the curtains stop noise level.

I have been awaken because I was dry. Found out that I have a small drink. Cold Water from the fridge. Then when I get dry just sip then back to sleep
