I have cut right back on wheat, gluten, diary, red meat, alcohol and nightshades and I think it's helping. It's certainly not doing any harm anyway and I've lost quite a lot if weight too which means less stress on my joints!

I been doing some reading i take methotrexate and they say u can take keto to reduces swelling is this true
