I have had to wear pads since my Prostate was removed 6 years ago. It just means planning ahead for trips and days out. I always have a bag with pads and spare clothes with me and plan journeys with a stop every couple of hours.

I did experience incontinence. It should right itself by doing the Pelvic floor exercises. You have to do them everyday. Can take up to 6 Months or Longer. Everyone is Different.

Hello everyone!
Urinary incontinence is a common side effect of prostate cancer treatment, especially after a prostatectomy or radiation therapy. Some men experience leaks when coughing or exercising (stress incontinence), while others may struggle with urgency or frequent urination.
What type of incontinence have you experienced post-treatment?
Have you tried pelvic floor exercises (Kegels), medication, or other treatments?
Do you have any practical tips for managing leaks in daily life?
