My meeting with my consultant has been cancelled and has been re-scheduled to 17th January 2019. My psa test that was taken 31st October 2018, was again undetectable or less than 0.001. So I think I may be on yearly monitoring from now on.

@hammy1946 There is help out there in regards to regaining your sex life. Have you had radiotherapy? My husband and I have had help from our Macmillan nurse which has been successful.

@katlin if your husband is able to do any form of exercise I would advise it, I have been referred through the GP for a rehab type of programme with a Doctor present, doing the light exercises helps to strenghen my weakened muscles, it is also nice to mix with others and gives my wife some restpite. The hormone injections can cause mood swings and we decribe it as my PMT , it does get easier and he will learn to tolerate it as time goes on, it seems to peak just before the injection and just afterwards. I have purchased a hand held fan which is re chargeable which really helps with the hot flushes. I cant give advice on anything chemo related as I haven't had chemo. if I can be of help with anything else, let me know.
