I Have had severe numbness in m the feet for over a year I have been on Lyrica(pregabalin), my neurologist is p re scribing an increase of two in the morning two at bedtime In wil be just starting that I have exercise I do while at home but that doesn't always work The intensity does get pretty bad but you just stick through it I'm staying positive this will all work out!?
