I have taken NASAIDS for about 15 years namely Nabumetone. I was told I could take up to 4 a day initially but have never needed more than one. After about 10years my GP asked me what happens if you stop taking them. So I stopped to find out and was O.K. For about 6 months then I had to start again. Basically this is how I go on now taking them as and when I need to. Regarding side effect, they do affect my stomach and I have to visit the toilet more frequently than I otherwise might have to. Also I occasionally feel very unsettled in my lower abdomen a sort of dull ache but when I eat it passes. I now take Omneprazole to counteract the side effects. At the end of the day it's better than having the pain I used to have.

Hello everyone,
Are you taking any NSAID's (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs)? They are known to cause many side effects. What are your experiences with NSAID's?
Good day to you all,
Marina
