hi, I'm new to this site and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on how to get my psoriasis under control? I recently had tonsillitis which is the reason for the flare upxx

that is a good question samantha83 and it does take time after a flare up to calm down again as so many things can create a flare up as you said tonsillitis or even a bad cold can trigger the immune system to work over time i did find that relaxation and yoga helps as does having a balanced diet you could try those and see .
