That all sounds very interesting and very plausible and as it should be, But from my own my own point of View,
I have always taken the stairs where possible living on a second floor with no lift for most of my life and even just at home at least 10 times a day and that's just getting the kids off to school, I have also studied at least one New subject every year..... and one of my biggest symptoms is Memory problems . losing entire subjects even one that I used to teach for ten years, years of study and now can not even follow a book as soon as I put it down I forget what I have read, Old information is there, but the past 6 years after getting very anaemic for along time due to a tumour, HB was down to 6.5 but that was all resolved in 2012 yet everything is all very fuzzy, I studied Health and Nutrition last year and passed and by the time my certificate came I couldn't even remember my tutors name anymore, not good at 41. but have a Brain MRI booked for next week, so maybe that will show some answers.
