totally random mood swings

Good Morning, all members participating in the www.carenity.co.uk Random Mood Swings Discussion Forum, and Greetings to you all from Vauxhall in London,

My name is John, I'm a 46 year old Aspie with clinical depression and diabetes type 2. 

I have been having really bad mood swings and make myself vulnerable by giving all my food and money to my friends and then report them without any provocation to my carers and mental health professionals. A lot of my friends are good support networks and I feel intense remorse and sadness for behaving like this as I am a born-again Christian and realise that's not very obedient to the Lord to behave in that way. My mood swings are quite abusive but I ring back straight away and apologise. I don't like these AS/Depression behaviours and although I behave like this occasionally most people say I'm a really nice, placid, docile and kind person. I'm well liked by everybody apart from me as my elderly Dad says the only person who doesn't like John is John.

I want to get better because I believe I've got so much to offer to people. I also have an out of control tobacco addiction and have a governmental appointee for my money.
