I don't see how excercise will reduce the risk of depression as it just shows you how little you can do. Cant walk up stairs can't swim can't walk very far without resting. Etc etc

I love to walk try to do a mile and a half a day with my dog Ron.i have my resting points,. But just meeting new people watching the wild life, breathing fresh air it's the highlight of my day

I agree with this. When I can I walk by the sea, with my walking aid on wheels, 'the chariot' I always feel better mentally afterwards. Main one being 'I did it'.
