GPs have a pill for that, I take so many I forgot which one but it is there. Since them my stats are close to normal, except of course my HB1C which does vary on weight and how naughty I am!

Hello @elizabethmary! How are you feeling today?
Thank you so much for starting this discussion. It can be alarming to discover and have to deal with another potential health issue alongside managing your diabetes. Please make sure to consult your healthcare provider to understand the best way you can lower your LDL levels and come up with a diet plan that is tailored according to your medical needs.
I'll now go ahead and tag a few members of our community that I feel might be able to help by sharing their own experiences:

Hi all,
I just got my numbers back from my physician and I'm afraid I have high LDL levels. My HDL are not terribly low but they have been decreasing over time. I was told this is common for patients with diabetes. Do you also have this problem? Any advice for balancing your numbers?
