I've heard they are great, though never been to one... on the other hand, sorry my ignorance but how can you go from type 2 to 1???? I've never heard that, would love to learn more about this condition

Hi Asranda :)
I was originally diagnosed with type 2 and was on tablets and diet.....THEN I was put on insulin and told I was a type 1 insulin dependant diabetic.....THEN I was told i'm actually type 1 !! So i'm as confussed as you lol.

Hi guys.
I'm currently waiting to go on an Aspire course as I've recently been re-diagnosed with type 1 (I was type 2 for 7 yrs) I was wondering if any of you guys have attended one of said courses and could give me a heads up :)
