I tried acupuncture once but because of other medical problems was ineffective. However my dad got a lot of relief for his arthritis from acupuncture

@JosephineO
i have tried Acupunture & it did have a small amount of benifit. It was expensive & after about six sessions I decided to use massage as a better treatment for me. I tend to hold a lot of stress in my shoulders so it really helps with this.

many people are sceptical about acupuncture but believe me it does help I tried with an open mind and was very amazed it also helps calm you down and makes you feel so relaxed and really does ease the pain so don’t be sceptical give it a go what have you got to lose hope this helps
