Hello everyone,

Different things can cause psoriasis to flare up. It can be certain foods, a change in weather, stress...the list goes on.

So, what causes you, or your loved one, to have a flare up? How do you avoid it?

For me it is certainly stress. Any time I am worried about something I get a psoriasis attack :/

when i get stressed i used to have a massive flare up of psoriasis . but i am on biochemical injections now so i dont get flare ups i just have panic symptoms . every time we go on hols even when we go to places we have been to before, i have panic attacks that used to make my skin flare up . so my advice is to do something that you now calms your skin down ,i went fishing that works for me peacefull
