The real problem with prostrate cancer is once it's metastasized there is only one treatment and that is chemical castration and for a man being nuted isn't fun 'of course if your rich not so much a problem Ray

I was very well informed by my consultant, I was resigned to not being able to ejaculate and probably not get erections. The only thing I wish had been informed about as it came as something of a shock was the loss in penile length.

I was kept fully informed by my consultant, including problems with sex and loss of length due to hormone treatment. But hey, now I've finished my treatment, it's growing again.

If you have to have a Prostate Biopsy ensure you are given Antibiotics before and after treatment or you risk having Sepsis which often is not recognised and can quickly lead to all your organs shutting down and then being terminal.
