After having gone through treatment I was often feeling tired and sometimes really down. I still haven't got back to how I was before the diagnosis. If anyone has some tips to share on how to cope with fatigue, it would be nice to chat.

It is absolutely normal to often feel weary, weak and tired, and being without energy, when you have prostate cancer. It is due to lots of different factors, like the disease itself, treatments, stress, lack of physical activity and sleep, etc.
There are several things you can try doing to reduce fatigue, like:
- keeping active, exercising
- getting help with emotional problems - stress, depression
- improving your sleep (click HERE for anti-insomnia tips)
- eating the right diet
- allowing yourself time to relax
- planning things ahead
What do you do to manage your fatigue, reduce stress and feel better? Do you do yoga? Meditation? Are you following a special diet? Have you tried additional therapies?
