My weight does not seen to fluctuate but I would love to lose weight. Now I have no core muscles and find it so hard to exercise. As for my diet I don't eat very much just to keep my weight from getting out of control. I weigh 70kg can't remember what that is in real money but feel like the side of a house because I cant/don't exercise. Can I get some advice please.

Aw Sarah I know how you feel, used to love walking. What about swimming? I am hopefully gonna start going to pool (can't swim) but will flap about lol! It's gonna take some organising but we'll see. They have a gym as well as a hydrotherapy pool as well, if it can be arranged with carers etc should be fun.

I've lost weight by keeping a track on my carbs. This had certainty dropped the pounds! No lower than 20 carbs per day. I had from charity shop a book on Atkins 14 day to get your body used to far less carbs & use your own body fat for more energy. U have been on 3 times the 14 day 20 carbs only per day, following the Atkins menues. The food I just can't believe takes away the bulges but was so easy! I recommend the 14 day 20 carbs Atkins diet, but it's not diet but a way of learning how much your body needs in 2nd stage which is slower but more foods are added even puddings! First stage 14 days is a must & lose your weight easy yet have 3 good size meals per day - I've never eat so much & such tasty lovely meats & salads where herbs & other sauces are added & does not take as much time to prepare than 'ready meals which are laden in weight gains! After 3 - 4 days I didn't want in-between snacks though you can still in even first stage. Similar 'diet menues' that's for diabetics. I was size 18 & now 12 to 14 size weighing from 13 stone 3lbs & now 10.07kgs. My height 5 foot 3 inches. Once following Atkins menues there's no need to weigh as your clothes suddenly start to feel loser! Within a fortnight this is easily achieved (even I cheated!) many times. My favourite food before was toast with thick cheese toasted, now by doñ like but do now enjoy a snack of cauliflower cheese with bacon! Forget any stories you've heard about 'it's all meat' that's nonsense! You can eat: fish, any real meat but not processed slices. Tasty salads & had got my daughter a chef enjoying the lovely tasty dishes everyday! Not always salads. No fruit or bread first 14 days this gets your body to use what's it's not getting from your fat! Even on maintenance for life if you wish soups, cooked full lunches & dinners & desserts then fruit if you have room & snacks!!
