Hello @Mina145 ,
How are you today?
This is a great question- I wonder if any other of our members have had the same experiences with their diet. I will tag a few members who may have a similar story to share.

Do you find that your diet affects your endo pain? Does meat affect your pain? What does your current diet contain?

can some foods make endometriosis worse? I've noticed that on days when I eat less healthy, my pain seems to go crazy. Could increasing my fiber intake and eating less meat make a difference? Usually, I'm quite active and stick to a well-rounded diet, though I do have my occasional cheat days. Any advice would be great.
