Exercise helps me with my COPD as it seems to open the airways especially walking I have a pedometer and Mon. 22nd I did 2128 steps around my local park today I did 2273. will gradually try to increase this as I feel it benefits my leg muscles and I feel better mentally as I am not sitting on my backside brooding about my condition
