Hey all *waves*
I am new to this forum and thought it might help me.
I am currently waiting to start my final year of university and it has been a bit like swings and roundabouts for me, not the fun I imagined it would be. I have been up and down like a yo-yo with my depression and finally decided it would be necessary to speak with the disability team at my uni.
I spoke with my doctor and he put me back on my medication.. sertraline and then passed me on to the well-being team at uni... they suggested that CBT would be the best option available to me and would like to know how this would help and also to know that i would have an extra support system through the forum.
Thanks
