Hi there, @eliosaurus !
Thank you for sharing your experience. Managing asthma can be incredibly challenging, especially when it feels like nothing is working. Your frustration is completely understandable.
Let me invite others in our community to share their experiences with salt inhalation treatments:

Have you tried using a Himalayan dry salt inhaler or a 0.9% saline solution with a nebulizer? What were your results?
Let's support each other by sharing what has or hasn't worked for us.
Hang in there, and remember, you're not alone in this!

Hi. I have Asthma which is far from being controlled. My peak flow readings are random with extreme increases and decreases for no apparent reason. I don't have COPD or any other condition, just Asthma and some allergies. I have been tried on so may medications now, but they have drawn a blank.
Has anyone gained any benefit from salt inhalation, either a Himalayan dry salt inhaler, or 0.9% solution with a nebulizer?
