My asthma is triggered by cigarette smoke, hot and cold weather and when I have to talk to someone I don't know.
Whenever I have to talk to someone at my bank I ask them if my fiance can talk to them on my behalf as he can explain things better than me and they'll let him talk to them.
It's also because I need to use my inhaler.

I found smoking aggravates my asthma, the rapid improvement of my asthma when I moved out of my family home was noticeable. Perhaps because I was living with 3 smokers! Cleaning products like Bleach also aggravates my asthma. The other interesting thing is certain foods, cooking with turmeric and also anything containing chilli can effect my breathing.

@fernster it is funny you saying about turmeric as I was only talking to a friend about it today. Just the smell can set me off and my son has developed an allergy to it, one of his new triggers for asthma, since he had covid xmas2021

Hi everyone
I recently traveled to India and the pollution really aggravated my asthma. I’ve now returned to the Uk but I’m still coughing. I’ve been back 5 days. Anyone know how long it will be until I “return to normal”?
