@Courtney_J I have psoriasis and I haven't really found a specific diet for it. I've heard in general that anti-inflammatory diets can help auto-immune disease, but I'm not sure it applies for skin diseases. I've tried just generally to eat better and it just makes me feel better mentally mostly. If anyone has tried anything that has worked, please share!

Hello everyone,
How are you doing?
Many of the discussions in our various forums are related to diet and nutrition. I've opened this discussion so that we can share together our questions, advice and experiences regarding diet and nutrition across autoimmune conditions!
Do you or a loved one live with Crohn's disease, psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, ulcerative colitis, rheumatoid arthritis or ankylosing spondylitis? Did or have you changed your diet following diagnosis? Do you find that diet and nutrition has an impact on your condition? Have you been sufficiently informed about possible diets by your doctor?
Feel free to share your thoughts and experiences here!
Take care,
Courtney
