My husband snores and I'm told I do too but have never heard a recording of myself. It certainly disrupts my sleep when he snores badly. Strips don't really help and occasionally I'll move into the lounge for better sleep.

Hello everyone,
How are you today?
Snoring is a common issue that affects many people, either because they snore themselves or have a partner who does. While some see it as nothing more than a nighttime nuisance, it can also be a sign of more serious health concerns, such as sleep apnoea.
Here’s what we’d like to know:
Do you or someone in your life snore? How do you deal with it?
Have you ever tried anything to reduce snoring, like nasal strips, changing sleeping positions, or weight loss? What worked for you?
How disruptive do you find snoring, for yourself or your relationships?
Do you have any tips for achieving better sleep when snoring is an issue?
