Cauliflower cheese soup
make sure you have your insulin to hand
quantities will vary depending on the number of diners
Ingredients, cauliflower, mature cheddar, double cream, boil cauliflower until soft, add to food blender, blend with mature cheddar cheese, put back on the hob, heat until starting to steam, add 500ml double cream, bring back to almost boiling simmer for 3 mins, serve, enjoy
