Really liked the simple demo and verbal explanation of performing CPR - excellent choice, once again, Gilda! Like yourself (and being a Qualified 1st Aider since 1988), believe knowing 1st aid, which is so simple yet so effective and ultimately can be life saving, greatly empowers individuals and think everyone should gain these simple skills!
