I never get angry, anxious, depressed or annoyed everyday isxa good day, life is for living, I have exercised extremely hard over 4 years since diagnosis of COPD, I am fortunate I appreciate life too much to let negative thoughts in.

Hi I wake up every morning and say to myself " this will be a good day " " I will stay possitive all day" .Because I don't realy know how long I've got left ( who does) I don't want to spend one miserable day with negative thoughts. My daily saying is " onwards and upwards " I have lung cancer stage 4 chronic kidney disease stage 5 and I have a stoma .carol

There is absolutely nothing in this world to be worried about, with most diseases or severe health conditions, stress worry and anxiety exacerbate the condition, so wake up every day and live the best life that you can, I have had COPD for 4 years and live a normal life with barely any restrictions.
