@Faithkitty I have gaul stones but was told that if I wasn't in pain then I was OK but was told that if I felt any pain then I would probably have to have them removed but so far I am OK hope it stays that way as having loads of other life threatening illnesses it does get worrying. Tigger

I had so many health problems. I was eating healthily . Spinach in my green smoothie, almond flour in my baking, chai seeds, etc. My health was not improving, in fact things were getting slowly worse. The last straw was developing systemic cystitis. A friend sent me an article on oxalates. Having tried everything I thought I have nothing loose.
Three weeks in the cystitis was gone. It was not easy changing my diet but I persevered. My arthritis is not bothering so much. Even my acid reflux is not so bad and I have not had a cold sore in three months!
I found a book called Toxic Superfoods. It contained a lot of useful information, which has helped me.

For approximately 4 years I have been plagued with these little horrors. I keep a ĺittle container where I keep between 3&4 hundred stones that I have collected ranging from 1mm to 5mm. To say the least the 5mm stones are pure agony to pass. Luckily (OR not) I have passed all naturally but I would not wish the experience on anybody(well, almost anybody).
