Do you try to fill every moment, or do you allow yourself to “just be” sometimes?❓No, I never try to fill every moment. It is what it is. I just let it be and let things take it as it comes
Have you ever felt any surprising benefits when you let yourself sit with boredom?❓I find it relaxing sometimes, boring at other times
How can we make space for stillness in lives that are often ruled by routines, treatments, and fatigue? Give yourself time to reflect and relax. Anything that there is to do today will STILL be there tomorrow. Dont sweat the small stuff!!!

I love to relax and do nothing just watch the world go by , my husband had a fall last year fractured vertebrae in his neck , lucky he’s still mobile but needs helps , so once he’s comfortable , I just chill , it’s not boredom , it’s peace .

Hello everyone, how are you doing today? 😊
We live in a world that constantly tells us to stay busy. Between social media, TV, work, and daily responsibilities, there's barely a quiet moment. But what if boredom wasn't something to avoid… but something that could actually help us feel better? 🤔
Some researchers and psychologists suggest that letting ourselves be bored once in a while can actually be good for our health. It can spark creativity, help reduce stress, and even support better mental well-being.
✨ What if we stopped running from boredom and started embracing it as a tool for healing and peace of mind? Especially for those of us living with chronic conditions, moments of quiet, though sometimes uncomfortable, might open the door to rest and reflection. What do you think? 💬
