Being a full time carer and struggling with neuropathy pain and the chronic fatigue that goes with it I rarely find time to be able to relax, nevertheless the less when I do I have found doing 5d diamond art my wonderful escape,I barely sleep at night even if it's just being my husbands carer I am in constant pain even though I am on morphine and many high powered meds I can never get the relief I once had

I love to be active but sometimes it makes fatigue much worse. Only way even on good days is to do small amounts and rest, so on. Really good to hear of tips others map have

For me, the best way to fight fatigue is by pushing myself. Just this week, to comply with state law, I walked home and back, to have my car inspected. Then, after picking up my car, I put out the fifth barrel of Beryl debris, from my back yard.
Now, before I can even consider the chronic fatigue, I am already reminding myself, this is only meters, not kilometers. None the less, I am glad it only happens once a year; and, hopefully, two major storms, one month apart, never again.

Apparently magnesium supplements help :) although that might be a placebo effect

How do you deal with this ongoing fatigue? Do you have any tricks to hold onto your energy and prevent burnout?
Maybe you’ve found ways to take breaks throughout the day, manage your energy better, or organize your routine to avoid exhaustion. Whatever works for you, your tips could be really helpful to others in the community who are struggling with the same thing.
We’d love to hear how you cope with chronic fatigue and what helps you keep going! 💬✨
Take care,
Somya from the Carenity team 🌼
