Hello everyone!
How are you today? 😊
How do you immerse yourself in the holiday atmosphere? Do you have any festive traditions for yourself or with friends and family?
Maybe it is one of these three things that make this period a celebration for you!
🍗 What is your favorite dish or dessert that just gets your mouth watering?
🎶 What is your favorite Christmas movie or song? Whether it's a cinema classic or a melody, what brings back joyful memories?
🎄 What is your favorite Christmas decoration? Everyone has their favorite decoration, what decoration item makes you nostalgic?
I'll start... My ideal Christmas dinner HAS to include creamy and garlicky mashed potatoes, along with roasted Brussels sprouts. For dessert, I love having some sticky toffee pudding to top it all off. Yummm!
When it comes to Christmas tunes, the classics by Brenda Lee like ‘Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree’ and ‘Jingle Bell Rock’ are absolute essentials. It just doesn't feel like Christmas without them! And let's not forget the ultimate tradition of binge-watching the Home Alone movies.
While I like fairy lights as much as the next person, my go-to Christmas decoration is a bit unconventional: pink salt lamps! I just love the warm and rustic glow they bring to the room during this festive season.
Now, your turn! Share your essentials to create an unforgettable festive atmosphere!
Of course, it is also completely alright to opt out of end-of-year festivities. Our thoughts go out to those facing solitude, lack of choice, and adversity during this time.
Have a beautiful day and a Merry Christmas Eve!
