Margarita
May I thank you for such an introduction. I am sure I can say on behalf of the Ambassadors Team that we will do our very best in upholding the true values of this magnificent source of medical help and advise offered by the Carenity Family.
Again Margarita , Thank you.

Dear members,
I am happy to announce that our Carenity community now has its Team of Ambassadors – a team of dedicated and experienced members, advocating for the importance of sharing with each other and playing an active role in defining the new, patient-centric aspect of medical care.
These Ambassadors were selected among the most active members of Carenity and will fulfil this role throughout 2018.
Let me now introduce our Ambassadors team: @lesmal , @richard0804 , @robjmckinney , @JazzyC . You may have already seen their comments and their testimonials on Carenity, or probably you have even talked to them personally. You can see that they have a small yellow/orange badge on their profile pictures, which will allow you to spot the Ambassadors quickly on the forum.
Each Ambassador has several health conditions or is a caregiver for someone with health conditions, and this means that they have access to numerous discussion groups. But even if the Ambassador is not affected by the condition you have, they can still be of use to you.
What can the Ambassadors do for you?
1. They can help you with a practical advice concerning Carenity: how to post a discussion, how to answer a comment, how to send a private message, or to access testimonials, or to give one.
2. They can give their opinion and share their experience about certain health issues if they are related to their own or their relative’s health conditions. However, please mind that our Ambassadors are not healthcare professionals, so they cannot answer your specific illness-related questions, they can only speak about their own experiences which may be similar to yours.
3. They can be the link between you and the Carenity team: they can ask your opinion about a new feature and consolidate your answers, or you can let them know what you’d like to change or create on Carenity, and they will let you know if this can be considered by the team, etc.
4. They can intervene in case of misunderstandings between members, and contribute to establishing a peaceful environment for sharing advice and support.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch with the Ambassadors, either by PM, via their profile page or here in this discussion, and get to know them. You can always contact them if you have a question, but still don’t forget that they are patients, just like you, which means they can be tired, ill, in pain, sad or just not in the mood.
I’d like to say a big THANK YOU to our 4 Ambassadors on behalf of the Carenity team, for their dedication, their desire to help other members and to promote the sense of the community for people affected by the same diseases.
Margarita
