Hi @Biggy!
How are you today?
Even though you cannot eat all your favorite foods, I am sure you still find something to look forward this season. Perhaps its the lights, presents, general joy of the population. I'll tag a few other members who may be able to give you their perspective on what they look for around the holiday season.

Do you feel let down by the holidays or are you excited? Other than food, what do you look forward to around this time? How do you enjoy food but not too much?
Happy holidays and take care!

Hi
Two years ago I went through VSG. Ever since I can only eat specific things and in small amounts. It has helped a bit, I have lost weight, but it is not where I imagined I would be at this stage in the process. The sleeve has reduced what I can eat, I miss a bunch of holiday food. I used to eat all the best meals in the winter and called in my "winter hibernation mode" I was fat but happy being able to indulge in holiday - Christmas. Boxing Day, New Years. Now I am limited to what I can eat and I don't get the same enjoyment out of the season. Does anyone else feel let down by the holidays?
