@Biggy! Hello Biggy, thank you for starting this discussion! I think many members may also having a hard time dealing with the lifestyle changes imposed by the lockdown.
If you haven't already seen it, we recently published an article focused on obesity and the coronavirus that tries to answer many of the questions people may have! I'll link it here:
Hello members, I hope you don't mind that I've tagged you! How are you doing during this difficult time? What are you doing to stay busy and positive during this time?

@Courtney_J It's been really hard. I live with my family right now and they're worse off than I am and I've been having a hard time convincing them to eat healthier. And this has all been stressful so I've been really struggling with cravings. When it's the worst I try to think about other things or do something with my hands to keep me busy instead of snacking or I go for a walk instead.
Hope everyone's well!
Jess

Hello everyone, I'm new to this site and I didn't see a discussion for this and I think I need to talk a bit!
How are you handling trying to lose weight during all of this? I'm struggling a bit with the self-isolation because I'm stuck in the house and I feel like my cravings are just getting worse by the day. I try to get out and get a walk in once a day and lift some small weights I have at home, but mentally this is all difficult.
I'd appreciate any advise anyone can give or even just a little encouragement. :)
