I have one banana on rice cakes for breakfast every day this keeps me going unto mid afternoon. I am careful about the amount of carbohydrates I have.

Hi there
I see people substituting bananas for loads of things in cooking but I thought they were bad for you because of all the sugar. What is true? Are bananas full of too much sugar or are they actually healthy?
