Thank you for this information. Luckily I am not diabetic but suffer with many food allergies. I try and eat healthy foods and maintain a good diet, but struggle with spices, fruit with pips and some vegetables. I do not drink or smoke and avoid energy/sparkling drinks.

Hello everyone!
How are you today?
The pancreas plays an important role in digestion and blood sugar regulation. For those living with conditions like diabetes, pancreatitis, or pancreatic cancer, it’s essential to adopt lifestyle habits that can help reduce stress on the pancreas. This includes eating a balanced, fibre-rich diet, limiting saturated fats and processed foods, and maintaining a healthy weight. It's also recommended to avoid excessive alcohol consumption, stay active, manage stress, and have regular medical check-ups to prevent or manage complications.
Have you made any dietary or lifestyle changes to take better care of your pancreas? Have you noticed any positive effects on your symptoms after adjusting your diet or habits?
