I do not have dystonia but know that after a focal seizure, I am totally disorientated, and often the muscles in my right leg seem to pack in.
I also had chronic calf cramps many months ago, until I landed up in hospital with hyponatremia (low sodium). I currently am taking 6 sodium tablets daily, and have found these have definitely helped alleviate the cramping and spasms in my calves.

I have suffered with dystonia since birth and it has got worse over the years, for the last few weeks as I am trying to gondown the stairs my leg tries to make me fall down the stairs, I'm wondering if anyone else has had thus happen
