I would say alcohol free is definitely important. And taking your medication prescribed by your doctor or neurologist. Get proper sleep every night is also important.

Hey everyone I haver epilepsy and I've found out that excersicing helps a lot. I try to run three times per week and them play some soccer the rest of the week. I add this to a balanced alcohol-free diet and I haven't had a seizure in years.
What do you do?
