Nerve pain radiation down my left arm. The pulsating is scary. My ear and head are on fire with scalding pain when I lay down to sleep

Hello @LindaBlacker, thank you for opening this discussion and sharing what you've been experiencing. Have you brought up these symptoms with your MS doctor or team? What do they have to say about them?
Has anyone else had issues with balance? When did it start? Has it worsened with time? How did or do you cope with it?

I got really bad with balance but after I started going to the gym regularly and doing core strength exercises and lifting weights I now rarely have balance issues and don’t need to use a walking stick anymore and can also wear six inch stiletto heels again. But when the gym was shut during covid I started having some balance issues again but they have gone now I am back working out regularly. I get that this won’t work for eve it for me it has x

My balance is terrible I’m constantly leaning to the right all the time even when walking anybody else like this, sometimes it feels as though I’m on a surfing board too lol 😂 I would like to add I can’t go to the gym anymore because of other issues with the Ms and degenerative spine problems too. I’m also spms

Balance issues they dont allow me to walk without banging into walls / people / anything. Leading to accidents. Last june 2019 I broke my hip because of balance issues. I can walk with a stick. I've started with swallowing issues. Food just sticks in my gullet. I try to force food down the pain is an issue in itself. The bits of food seem to stick in my windpipe causing me to choke
