Horrendously if I’m honest, I try to push myself and thus probably makes it worse. But I’m a stubborn old mule so will keep trying and damn the consequences

It's not too bad at the moment but the heat doesn't affect me I'm better when it's warm or I'm in a hot country on holiday. The cold makes daily routines hard and I get sorer when it's cold. My pain levels go up. I try to have an hours sleep in the afternoon if I manage to do this it makes a difference and helps.

I think I'm doing alright with fatigue 🤔 I wake up at something like half 6 or 7 in the mornings, and I know I'll need a nap at around 2 in the afternoon, depending on how well I slept. Last night, I couldn't get properly to sleep! The heating had been accidentally left on manual at 21°C, and I only realised it when I heard the boiler do a fresh round of hot water! 🫣 So, didn't get to sleep until 1/half 1 this morning. I've yet to have a nap yet to catch me up.
Then walking 😬 my legs turn to jelly if I walk from my front door to my back door without my stick (UK terraced house). Walking with my rollator is a pain in the backside, with me having to constantly sit down every 10m or less! It isn't fun, always having to make plans that work around my fatigue.

Hello everyone,
Fatigue related to multiple sclerosis is often challenging to manage and varies from person to person.
Factors such as stress, heat, or daily routines can play a role.
How does this fatigue impact your daily life? Have you developed any habits or strategies that help you cope?
