Multiple Myeloma is a difficult disease and it has several debiltating symptoms, such as: bone pain, nausea, fatigue, vomiting...the list goes on.

What symptoms did you get? How did you manage them?

My symptoms were severe lower back pain, Ivwas unable to get to see my GP, so I visited a Wellman clinic and initially I was treated for possible Sciatica, after a few treatments the physician who used to be a GP suggested a referral to my local hospital for a scan, but this had to go through my GP and resulted in a delay, however if it hadn’t been for him we would not have got the diagnosis when we did.

@Clifford1 Having a good doctor is most of the battle, it's great when they don't fob you off and instead listen and try and find a diagnosis/solution.
