I've had Stage 3 CKD for years now and find my electrolytes are always out of balance. My doctor does regular blood tests and sent me for ultrasound urinary tract testing recently. I have to restrict my fluids to 1.5 litres per day.

@lesmal Hello Les! How are you doing?
Managing Stage 3 CKD and keeping electrolytes balanced sounds like a lot, especially with the restriction. I'm sure it's taking a lot of strength, so more power to you. How are you finding the 1.5-liter limit? Do you have any tips for staying within that while still feeling comfortable?
Take care, and I hope your results came back with some helpful insights!
